Memory consultations provide an educational and supportive service to the family of those struggling with memory changes.

Through this service, caregivers learn about the different types of memory changes and receive tips and strategies to help improve memory and independence. Written information is also provided from the consultation for future reference.

Our Memory Book service is an ideal way to support personal preferences and interests and improve recall of family names/important people. This is a great way to provide caregivers meaningful interactions a person with dementia.

This service includes:

-Meeting with family/caregiver to gather personal information and photos

-Review of the information and book prior to printing

-PDF copy and guidance on printing

Our Communication Caregiver Consultation service is designed to provide customized planning and problem solving for care companions to discover solutions to improve interactions of those they serve. Our goal is to train caregivers to provide the best care possible for those with communication disorders.

Our Professional Education service provides informational training to help your organization better understand speech, language, memory, and/or swallowing disorders. We customize the training to meet your organization's specific needs, helping to improve the quality of care you provide.
