Where do you offer therapy?

We provide outpatient therapy services in office in Cherry Hill, NJ, in the

comfort of your home within 30 minutes of Cherry Hill, NJ or

via tele-therapy.

Our in-person service area includes Camden, Burlington, 

Atlantic, Gloucester, and Salem counties. If you are outside of this service area

in New Jersey or Pennsylvania, we are able to provide tele-therapy.

Do you take insurance?

We are currently an in-network provider with:

  • Aetna

  • Cigna

  • Horizon BCBS

  • Medicare (Part B)

We are also a provider with the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

 

We are an out-of-network provider with all other insurances at this time. Prior to your appointment, we recommend checking your therapy benefits with insurance. If you are using out-of network benefits, we will provide you with a super-bill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Services may be covered in full or part by your health insurance/employee benefits.

 

Please check with your individual carrier. Some questions to ask may include:

  • Do I have speech therapy health insurance benefits?

  • Do I require approval from my primary care physician?

  • Do I require pre-authorization for services?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

What are your rates?

If you are not using insurance benefits, our cash-pay rates are as followed. We are happy to discuss prompt-pay payment plans.

Dysphagia, Speech, Language, Cognitive Therapy

Initial consultation call: Free/15 minutes

Evaluation: $250/hr

Treatment (~45 minutes): $120/hr

No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee: $50

Caregiver/Family Consultation

Memory Caregiver Consultation: $250/hr

Caregiver Communication Consultation: $250/hr

Prior to rendering of services, we will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate to ensure no surprise costs.

Self pay rates are effective 1/1/2024-12/31/2024. 


What is a Good Faith Estimate?

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

●  You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

●  Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

●  If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

●  Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
