What does a virtual session look like?

Our virtual sessions are conducted over HIPPA compliant video and audio software. You receive an emailed link to join your therapist. Your therapist will share resources over the video stream and provide direct feedback.

Do I need special equipment?

No special equipment is needed outside of a device with video capability. It is helpful to be seated comfortably at a table or desk so you can fully participate in the session.

Is telehealth right for me?
